Keir v. UnumProvident (class action)

In a long awaited court decision of national significance, Quadrino Schwartz has obtained class certification of its first-in-the-nation class action against UnumProvident.  The court certified a national class of individuals under group policies governed by ERISA who had their claims denied after June of 1999.
